Fajans and Einstein

You're doing a great job...I know this is not what you're used to in a science class...but stick with it! I would like for you to see if you can find any evidence on the internet as to whether Fajans and Einstein worked together. They may or may not have...I'm curious to see what you can find. Also, I think you may have missed something that I asked earlier - about radioactive decay. See if you can find out what happens to the atomic number and mass number of a nucleus with an alpha particle is emitted (released) and when a beta particle is released. I may have forgotten to tell you, but please keep a record of the websites you use for your responses. That will be important later on. You could post them here and then you'd be able to find them quickly.
